Instructions
In a large glass or ceramic bowl, combine imitation crab with olive oil, tossing until well-coated. Add tomatoes, serrano peppers, onions, and cilantro. Squeeze fresh lime juice over the mixture and stir to combine. Season generously with salt and pepper to taste. Cover the bowl and refrigerate for an hour before serving.
