Instructions

Start by preheating the grill to medium heat and lightly oiling the grate to prevent sticking.

Season one side of each salmon steak with a blend of Italian seasoning, thyme, rosemary, salt, and pepper.

Place the steaks on the grill, seasoned-side down. Grill for 7 to 8 minutes, turning once, until the flesh flakes easily. Before serving, drizzle each steak with fresh lime juice.
