Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C). Line two baking sheets with parchment paper or silicone baking mats.

Wrap the handle of a wooden spoon with aluminum foil and rest it between two tall cans to create a support structure.

Arrange the Cheddar cheese into four 6-inch circles, spaced about 2 inches apart on the prepared baking sheets.

Bake in the preheated oven for 6-8 minutes, or until the cheese melts and turns a light golden brown. Let the cheese cool for 2-3 minutes before using a spatula to lift it and drape over the wooden spoon handle to form taco shells. Let set for 10 minutes to harden.
