Lasagna Flatbread Pizza

Ingredients Needed

1 (15 ounce) container ricotta cheese

1 (8 ounce) package shredded mozzarella cheese, divided

1 (3 ounce) package Parmesan cheese

1 egg
-
2 teaspoons Italian seasoning

1 pound sausage

½ (26 ounce) jar marinara sauce

6 flatbreads
Instructions

Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).

In a bowl, mix together ricotta cheese, half of the mozzarella, Parmesan, egg, and Italian seasoning.

In a skillet, cook the sausage over medium heat until browned and fully cooked, about 5-10 minutes; drain excess fat. Stir in marinara sauce.

Spread one-sixth of the cheese mixture evenly over each flatbread, then top with the sausage and sauce mixture. Sprinkle with the remaining mozzarella cheese.

Bake in the preheated oven for 10-15 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
Chef's Tips:
You can swap ricotta cheese for cottage cheese if you prefer.
Ground beef can be used in place of sausage.
