Instructions

In a medium saucepan, combine kidney beans, salt, chili powder, and pepper. Cook over medium heat until fully heated.

To assemble the haystacks, start by placing a handful of corn chips on a plate. Add a spoonful of the warm bean mixture, followed by layers of lettuce, tomato, green pepper, onion, olives, shredded carrots, and cheddar cheese. Finish by topping with salsa and a dollop of sour cream.
