Instructions

Combine flour, water, eggs, and salt in a mixing bowl until a thin, smooth batter is achieved.

Lightly grease a griddle with cooking spray and heat on medium-low. Pour 1/4 cup of batter into the pan and cook until a thin film forms on top. Carefully transfer to a plate and repeat the process for the remaining shells.
