Maple-Garlic Marinated Pork Tenderloin

Ingredients List
-
2 tablespoons Dijon mustard
-
1 teaspoon sesame oil
-
3 cloves garlic, minced
-
fresh ground black pepper to taste
-
1 cup maple syrup
-
1 ½ pounds pork tenderloin
Instructions
Mix together Dijon mustard, sesame oil, garlic, black pepper, and maple syrup. Place the pork in a shallow dish and coat it evenly with the marinade. Cover and refrigerate for at least 8 hours, or overnight for best results.
Preheat your grill to medium-low heat.
Take the pork out of the marinade and set it aside. Pour the remaining marinade into a small saucepan and simmer over medium-low heat for about 5 minutes.
Coat the grill grate with oil, then place the pork on the grill. Cook, basting with the reserved marinade, for 15 to 25 minutes or until the meat is no longer pink inside. Be careful not to cook at high heat, as the marinade may burn.
