2 large bell peppers, sliced into thin strips

1 medium onion, chopped

2 cloves garlic, minced

⅓ cup soy sauce

⅓ cup honey

⅓ cup red wine vinegar

1 ½ pounds flank steak, cut into thin strips
Instructions

Heat oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Add bell peppers, onion, and garlic, and sauté until they are crisp-tender, about 3 to 4 minutes. Transfer to a bowl.

Increase heat to medium-high, then pour in soy sauce, honey, and vinegar. Add the beef and cook, stirring frequently, for 10 to 15 minutes. Return the cooked vegetables to the skillet and cook for an additional 10 to 15 minutes.
Cooking Tip
If you like a richer, thicker sauce, try adding a small amount of flour or cornstarch just before you take it off the heat.
