Mary's Delicious Meatloaf

1 ½ pounds lean ground beef

6 slices white bread, cut into cubes

½ cup milk

1 egg

3 tablespoons yellow mustard, divided

½ cup ketchup, divided

3 tablespoons brown sugar
Instructions
Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
In a large mixing bowl, combine ground beef, chopped onion, salt, pepper, and garlic powder. Stir in the bread, milk, egg, 2 tablespoons of mustard, and 1/4 cup of ketchup until well blended.
Transfer the meat mixture into a 9x5-inch loaf pan. In a separate small bowl, mix the remaining mustard, ketchup, and brown sugar, then pour the sauce over the meatloaf.
Place in the preheated oven and bake until an instant-read thermometer inserted into the center reads 165°F (74°C), which will take about 2 hours.
