Instructions
Set the oven to 350°F (175°C). Lightly coat a 13x9-inch baking dish with cooking spray.
Arrange chicken, broccoli, and potatoes in the prepared baking dish, layering them as listed. Drizzle melted butter on top and sprinkle with Italian seasoning mix.
Place the dish in the oven and bake until the chicken is fully cooked and the potatoes are tender, about 45 to 60 minutes.
