Instructions

Heat a large skillet over medium-high heat. Brown the pork chops in the skillet for 2 to 3 minutes on each side. Once browned, remove the chops and drain any excess grease.

Return the pork chops to the skillet. Pour the condensed soup and sour cream over the chops. Let the mixture simmer for 1 hour, turning the chops every 15 minutes.
