Cooking Instructions

Sauté onions and garlic in a non-stick pan sprayed with cooking oil until softened. Add the pork chops and brown them on both sides. Pour in 1/2 cup of water, then bring to a boil.

In a separate bowl, whisk together flour, chicken broth, and browning sauce until smooth. Pour the mixture into the skillet, stirring to combine. Cover and cook on low heat for 30 to 45 minutes, or until the pork is tender.
