Pork Chops with Savory Red Sauce

1 onion, sliced

1 to taste salt and pepper to taste

1 cube beef bouillon

½ cup hot water

1 (10.75 ounce) can condensed tomato soup
Instructions

Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).

Heat a large skillet with a small amount of oil over medium-high heat. Brown the pork chops on both sides.

Transfer the pork chops to a casserole dish and top with sliced onions. Dissolve the bouillon cube in hot water and combine with tomato soup. Pour the soup mixture over the pork chops.

Cover the casserole and bake in the preheated oven for 1 hour.
