Quick and Tasty Bacon-Wrapped Chicken Breasts

2 skinless, boneless chicken breast halves

4 slices bacon

1 (12 ounce) bottle barbecue sauce, or as needed

1 cup grated Cheddar cheese, or as needed
Cooking Instructions

In a small pot, fill with water and add the chicken. Bring to a boil, then simmer for 10 minutes. Drain.

Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).

Wrap two slices of bacon around each chicken breast and place them in a baking dish. Coat with barbecue sauce and top with shredded Cheddar cheese.

Bake in the preheated oven for about 12 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and the chicken is cooked through, with no pink in the center.
