Quick Brussels Sprouts with Bacon

6 slices bacon

½ tablespoon olive oil

3 shallots, chopped

1 (16 ounce) package frozen Brussels sprouts, thawed, halved, and pat dry
Cooking Instructions

Cook bacon in a large skillet over medium-high heat until crispy. Remove from the pan and drain on paper towels, then crumble and set aside.

In the same skillet, heat olive oil over medium-high heat. Add shallots and cook until softened.

Add Brussels sprouts, placing them cut side down. Let them cook undisturbed until they are golden brown, turning once or twice, for about 7 to 9 minutes.

Stir in the bacon and cook for another minute until heated through.
