Instructions

Heat oil in a skillet over medium-high heat. Add mushrooms, snow peas, carrots, and green onions. Cook, stirring occasionally, until the vegetables are tender-crisp, about 4 minutes. Add garlic and cook for an additional minute.

In a small bowl, mix together soy sauce, sugar, and cayenne. Pour the mixture into the skillet, then add the cooked spaghetti. Toss to combine, cooking for about 1 minute until heated through. Top with toasted sesame seeds before serving.
