Roasted Artichokes Made Easy

Instructions
Preheat the oven to 425°F (220°C).
Place the artichokes stem-side down in a bowl and drizzle with fresh lemon juice.

Gently fan out the artichoke leaves with your hands. Use a knife to create a space the size of a garlic clove in the center of each artichoke.
