In a small bowl, combine red wine, salt, and rosemary. Let the mixture sit at room temperature for 2 to 3 hours to allow the flavors to meld.

Heat a large cast-iron skillet or griddle over high heat. Place the steaks on the skillet and cook each side for about 8 minutes, or until they reach your preferred level of doneness. For medium-rare, the internal temperature should read around 135°F (62°C).

Pour the red wine mixture into the skillet with the steaks and bring to a boil for about 1 minute. Serve the steaks with the sauce on a large platter.
