Cooking Instructions

Cook bacon in a large skillet over medium-high heat until crispy. Use a slotted spoon to transfer bacon pieces to a paper towel-lined plate to drain. Discard excess bacon grease from the pan, leaving approximately 2 tablespoons behind.

Add garlic and red pepper flakes to the bacon fat and cook over medium-high heat until aromatic, about 1 minute. Stir in the green beans and season with salt and pepper. Cook, stirring occasionally, for about 10 minutes until beans are tender yet still slightly crisp. Add the cooked bacon back to the skillet and toss everything together before serving.
