Savory and Tangy Grilled Pork Chops
Ingredients List
-
4 boneless pork chops
-
½ cup lemon juice
-
½ cup Worcestershire sauce
-
½ cup vegetable oil
-
1 tablespoon minced garlic (Optional)
Cooking Instructions
-
In a large resealable bag, mix together pork chops, lemon juice, Worcestershire sauce, vegetable oil, and garlic. Squeeze out as much air as possible, seal, and refrigerate for 4 to 24 hours to marinate.
-
Preheat your outdoor grill to medium-high heat and lightly grease the grate.
-
Remove the pork chops from the marinade and place them directly on the grill, discarding the marinade.
-
Grill the pork chops until they are no longer pink in the middle, about 5 minutes per side. Use an instant-read thermometer to check the internal temperature; it should reach 145°F (63°C).
Chef's Tip:
(Alternative Cooking Method) You can also bake the pork chops in a covered dish for 25-30 minutes at 350°F, or until the internal temperature reaches 160°F (70°C). If desired, some of the marinade can be saved and used while baking.
