Cooking Instructions
In a large pan, heat oil over medium heat. Add onions, garlic, ginger, and green chile peppers, sautéing them in the hot oil until the onions become soft and translucent, approximately 10 minutes.

Season the onion mixture with cumin, paprika, coriander, garam masala, turmeric, and cayenne pepper. Stir and cook the mixture until fragrant, about 1 to 2 minutes.

Add tomatoes, chickpeas, and tomato sauce. Stir and let simmer until the tomatoes become tender, about 5 minutes.

Stir in yogurt until the mixture is evenly colored; continue to simmer until heated through, about 5 more minutes.

Helpful Tips
For an extra kick, feel free to add more green chile peppers. I typically use two jalapeños for this dish if you prefer it extra spicy.
