Sesame Vegetable Stir-Fry Delight

1 pound broccoli

¼ pound fresh snow peas, strings removed

1 red onion, sliced

3 tablespoons sesame oil

1 red bell pepper, cut into 1/4-inch strips

2 teaspoons minced garlic

¼ cup Kikkoman Less Sodium Soy Sauce

½ tablespoon sesame seeds
Cooking Instructions

Trim the broccoli, leaving about 1 inch of stem. Slice the remaining stems into thin pieces. Place the broccoli and snow peas in a pot of boiling water, cooking for 1 minute. Drain and rinse immediately with cold water, then drain well and set aside.

Heat a large wok or skillet over high heat. Add sesame oil, the blanched broccoli and snow peas, red onion, red bell pepper, and garlic. Stir-fry for 1 minute. Stir in the soy sauce and continue stir-frying for another minute. Remove from heat and toss in the sesame seeds.
