Sheet Pan Shrimp Fajitas: A quick and tasty one-pan meal

1 ½ pounds raw shrimp, peeled and deveined

1 red bell pepper, sliced into strips

1 yellow bell pepper, sliced into strips

1 red onion, sliced into strips

1 jalapeno pepper, sliced into rings
Instructions
Preheat your oven to 450°F (230°C) to get started.
Combine fajita seasoning and olive oil in a large bowl. Add the shrimp and toss to coat them evenly.
Spread the seasoned shrimp in a single layer on a baking sheet. Add bell peppers, red onion, and jalapeño, then toss everything together and arrange it evenly on the sheet.
Roast the shrimp in the preheated oven until they turn opaque, about 8 to 10 minutes. Transfer the cooked shrimp to a serving dish.
Broil the pepper mixture for 2 to 3 minutes until lightly charred, then transfer it to the serving dish with the shrimp.
