Shrimp Fried Rice Recipe

1 ½ cups uncooked white rice

1 cup fresh bean sprouts

1 ½ cups cooked medium shrimp, peeled and deveined without tail

Instructions
Prepare all necessary ingredients before starting the recipe.

In a saucepan, bring water to a boil. Stir in rice, reduce heat, cover, and simmer for 20 minutes. Once done, remove from heat and let the rice cool completely.
Preheat a large skillet or wok for 2 minutes. Once hot, add vegetable oil, bean sprouts, and onions. Stir and cook for 3 minutes.

Add the cooled rice and shrimp to the mixture, and cook for an additional 3 minutes, stirring continuously.

Incorporate eggs, green onions, soy sauce, salt, pepper, and sesame oil into the mixture. Cook for another 4 minutes, stirring constantly, until the eggs are fully cooked and all ingredients are well combined.
