Instructions
Set the oven to 425°F (220°C). Lightly coat a 9x13-inch baking dish with cooking spray.
Place the chicken pieces into the prepared baking dish. Season both sides with salt, pepper, paprika, garlic powder, and oregano.
Roast the chicken in the preheated oven until golden brown and the juices run clear, about 1 hour. Use an instant-read thermometer to check that the internal temperature reaches 165°F (74°C) near the bone.
