Simple and Savory Pork Chop Casserole

1 packet dry onion soup mix

1 (10.75 ounce) can water

1 cup mushrooms, diced

4 pork chops

2 tablespoons vegetable oil
Cooking Instructions

Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).

In a medium bowl, mix together the mushroom soup, onion soup mix, water, and sliced mushrooms.

In a large skillet, heat over medium-high and brown the pork chops on both sides. Transfer the chops to a 9x9-inch baking dish and pour the mushroom soup mixture over them.

Bake in the preheated oven for 1 1/2 hours, or until the pork reaches an internal temperature of 145°F (63°C).
