Simple Baked BBQ Pork Chops

1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce

6 thin pork chops

salt and ground black pepper to taste
Cooking Instructions

Gather your ingredients and preheat the oven to 425°F (220°C).

In a bowl, whisk together the onion, ketchup, vinegar, honey, brown sugar, Worcestershire sauce, mustard, and cayenne pepper to make the BBQ sauce smooth.

Place the pork chops on a baking sheet, season with salt and pepper, then top each chop with 2 tablespoons of the prepared BBQ sauce.

Bake in the preheated oven for about 30 minutes, or until the pork chops are fully cooked. The internal temperature should reach at least 145°F (63°C) when checked with a meat thermometer.
