Simple Brussels Sprouts Recipe

1 pound Brussels sprouts, trimmed and halved lengthwise

Instructions
Place the Brussels sprouts in a large bowl. Drizzle olive oil over them and season with salt and pepper. Toss to coat evenly.
Heat a large skillet over medium heat and sauté the Brussels sprouts, stirring occasionally, until they turn bright green and start to brown on the edges, about 5 minutes.
