6 green onions, chopped, divided

4 cups hot cooked brown rice

1 tablespoon toasted sesame seeds
Instructions
Prepare all necessary ingredients before starting.

In a large skillet, heat over medium-high. Add the ground beef and cook, breaking it up into small pieces, until browned, about 5 to 7 minutes. Drain off any excess fat.
