Simple Slow Cooker Beef Stroganoff

2 (10.75 ounce) cans cream of mushroom soup

1 (8 ounce) package sliced fresh mushrooms (Optional)

1 small onion, chopped

3 pounds beef tips, cut into bite-size pieces

1 (8 ounce) package wide egg noodles
Cooking Instructions

Combine cream of mushroom soup, mushrooms, butter, and onions in a slow cooker, then add beef tips.

Cook on Low for 8 hours.

In a large pot, bring salted water to a boil. Cook egg noodles until al dente, about 5 minutes, stirring occasionally. Drain the noodles.

Serve the beef tips and sauce over the cooked egg noodles.
