Instructions

Brown the ground beef in a large skillet over medium heat, breaking it apart as it cooks, for about 10 minutes. Drain any excess fat. Stir in the taco seasoning and water. Bring the mixture to a boil and let it simmer until thickened, about 10 more minutes. Transfer the beef to a serving dish.

Set out bowls of chopped onions, lettuce, cherry tomatoes, shredded Cheddar cheese, black olives, salsa, sliced jalapenos, sour cream, and corn chips. Let guests assemble their own taco salads with the ingredients provided.
