Slow-Cooked Flank Steak Recipe

Cooking Instructions

Season the flank steak with salt and pepper, then place it in the slow cooker. Add the sliced carrots, onions, thyme, and bay leaf. Pour in water to cover the ingredients.

Set the cooker to High for 4 hours. Flip the steak halfway through and press it into the liquid. Continue cooking until the steak is tender and easily shredded with a fork, approximately 4 more hours.
