Slow Cooker Balsamic Chicken

2 tablespoons olive oil

4 skinless, boneless chicken breast halves, or more to taste

1 onion, thinly sliced

4 cloves garlic

1 teaspoon dried oregano

1 teaspoon dried basil

1 teaspoon dried rosemary

½ teaspoon dried thyme

½ cup balsamic vinegar

2 (14.5 ounce) cans crushed tomatoes
Instructions

Pour olive oil into the bottom of the slow cooker. Arrange chicken breasts on top and season each with salt and pepper. Add onion slices, garlic, oregano, basil, rosemary, and thyme over the chicken. Drizzle balsamic vinegar over the seasoned chicken and pour tomatoes on top.

Cover and cook on High in the slow cooker until the chicken is cooked through and no longer pink, about 4 hours.
