Place beef, mushrooms, cream of mushroom soup, milk, onions, and Worcestershire sauce into a slow cooker and mix well.

Cook on High for 3 to 4 hours or on Low for 5 to 7 hours. Stir in cream cheese and cook for an additional hour until the cheese is fully incorporated.

In the last 20 minutes of cooking, bring a large pot of salted water to a boil. Add fusilli pasta and cook for about 12 minutes, stirring occasionally, until al dente. Drain the pasta.
