Slow Cooker Chicken Cordon Bleu is a delightful dish that combines tender chicken, savory ham, and melted Swiss cheese, all slowly cooked to perfection in a creamy sauce. Topped with crispy stuffing, it’s comfort food at its finest.
Ingredients List
-
6 skinless, boneless chicken breast halves
-
1 (10.75 ounce) can condensed cream of chicken soup
-
1 cup milk
-
4 ounces sliced ham
-
4 ounces sliced Swiss cheese
-
1 (8 ounce) package herbed dry bread stuffing mix
-
¼ cup butter, melted
Instructions
In a small bowl, combine cream of chicken soup and milk. Pour enough of this mixture into the slow cooker to cover the bottom. Place chicken breasts on top of the soup. Add a layer of ham and then Swiss cheese. Pour the remaining soup mixture over the layers, stirring gently to spread it between them. Sprinkle the stuffing over the top and drizzle melted butter on the stuffing. Cover and cook on Low for 4 to 6 hours, or on High for 2 to 3 hours.
