Instructions

Add chicken, sweet potatoes, garbanzo beans, carrots, onion, and garlic into a slow cooker.

In a small bowl, mix together parsley, salt, cumin, turmeric, cinnamon, and pepper. Sprinkle the spice blend over the chicken and vegetables, then pour in the tomatoes and stir well.

Cover and cook on High until the sweet potatoes are tender and the sauce has thickened, about 4 to 5 hours.
