Ingredients
-
nonstick cooking spray
-
5 (6 ounce) pork chops
-
1 pinch garlic salt, or to taste
-
1 (18.5 ounce) can French onion soup (such as Progresso®)
-
1 (8 ounce) container light sour cream
-
2 tablespoons all-purpose flour
Instructions
-
Lightly spray a skillet with cooking spray and heat it over medium-high heat. Brown the pork chops on both sides, seasoning with garlic salt for about 5 to 7 minutes. Transfer the chops to the slow cooker and pour the French onion soup over the top.
-
Cover and cook on Low for 8 hours.
-
Once done, remove the pork chops and keep them warm. Add sour cream and flour to the slow cooker, mixing well. Let it heat for 10 to 15 minutes until the sauce slightly thickens, then pour it over the chops before serving.
