Spicy Buffalo Chicken Pasta Salad

1 (16 ounce) package dry rotini pasta

1 cup chunky blue cheese dressing

½ cup mayonnaise

½ cup Buffalo wing sauce

1 teaspoon salt

½ teaspoon ground black pepper

1 pound frozen cooked chicken strips, defrosted and diced

1 cup red onion, diced

½ cup red bell pepper, diced

½ cup green bell pepper, diced
Instructions

Bring a large pot of lightly salted water to a boil. Add the rotini and cook, stirring occasionally, for about 8 minutes until al dente. Drain in a colander and set aside to cool.

In a large bowl, mix together the blue cheese dressing, mayonnaise, Buffalo sauce, salt, and pepper. Add the chicken, onion, bell peppers, and cooked rotini. Toss everything together until well coated. Cover and refrigerate for at least 1 hour before serving.
