½ cup ground paprika

¼ cup garlic salt

1 tablespoon ground black pepper

1 cup vegetable oil

1 tablespoon anise seed

1 tablespoon fennel seed

⅛ cup red pepper flakes
Instructions

In a large bowl, combine ground pork, paprika, garlic salt, regular salt, and black pepper. Set aside.

In a blender or food processor, combine oil, anise seed, fennel seed, and red pepper flakes. Blend until smooth. Pour the mixture over the pork and mix thoroughly until everything is well incorporated.

Cover the sausage mixture and refrigerate for about 24 hours to allow the flavors to meld. After resting, divide into portions and freeze in resealable plastic bags.
