Spinach and Meat Filling for Ravioli

1 pound ground beef

1 ½ cups fresh spinach

5 tablespoons grated Parmesan cheese

1 ¼ tablespoons dried parsley

¼ cup bread crumbs

¼ cup olive oil

1 large egg

½ teaspoon garlic salt

1 pinch black pepper
Cooking Instructions

Heat a large skillet over medium-high heat and add the ground beef. Stir and cook until the beef is browned, crumbly, and fully cooked. Drain off any excess fat. Add the spinach and cook until wilted, about 1-2 minutes. Remove from heat and let cool for 10 minutes.

Transfer the beef-spinach mixture into a bowl. Add Parmesan, parsley, breadcrumbs, olive oil, egg, garlic salt, and pepper. Stir until well combined. Grind the mixture until smooth (or blend in a food processor until smooth).

Store the filling in the refrigerator for up to 4 days or in the freezer for up to 3 months.
