Super Simple Bread Stuffing

1 (1 pound) loaf white bread

1 small onion, chopped

1 teaspoon poultry seasoning

1 pinch salt

1 pinch ground black pepper

¼ cup water
Instructions

Thoroughly moisten the bread with enough water to make it damp. Add the chopped onion, seasonings, salt, and pepper, then mix everything together using your hands.

Transfer the stuffing to a turkey or wrap it in foil (which is my preferred method). Cook for at least 1 hour, or longer if you're baking it inside the turkey. Unwrap the foil in the last 15 minutes to allow the top to become crispy.
