Tahini-Glazed Chicken

¾ cup water

1 cube chicken bouillon

¼ cup tahini (sesame paste)

2 tablespoons soy sauce

1 tablespoon honey

1 clove garlic, minced

2 teaspoons minced fresh ginger

2 teaspoons butter, or as needed

2 skinless, boneless chicken breast halves, cut into cubes, or more to taste

2 tablespoons all-purpose flour, or as needed

1 teaspoon sesame seeds, or as desired
Cooking Instructions

In a pot, bring water and a bouillon cube to a boil until the cube dissolves. Lower the heat and whisk in tahini, soy sauce, honey, garlic, and ginger until smooth. Keep the sauce warm over low heat.

In a separate pan, melt butter over medium heat. Cook and stir the chicken until fully cooked through and no longer pink, about 5 to 10 minutes. The internal temperature should reach at least 165°F (74°C).

Stir flour into the tahini sauce and cook for 2 to 3 minutes to thicken. Add the cooked chicken to the sauce and toss until the chicken is fully coated.
