Cooking Instructions

Place the beef roast into the slow cooker, adding the onion, carrots, and celery. Season with garlic powder and black pepper. Pour Worcestershire sauce and barbecue sauce over the ingredients. Cover and cook on Low for 6 to 8 hours, until the beef is tender. Use an instant-read thermometer to check that the internal temperature reaches 140°F (60°C) for a medium roast.
