Collect all the necessary ingredients.

Moisten the rim of a cocktail glass with a lime wedge and set the wedge aside for garnish.
Pour celery salt into a small dish and dip the rim of the glass into the salt to coat it. Then, fill the glass with ice.

Add vodka, Worcestershire sauce, and hot pepper sauce over the ice.
