1 (10.75 ounce) can Campbell's® Condensed Tomato Soup (Regular, Healthy Request® or 25% Less Sodium), divided

2 pounds ground beef

½ cup dry bread crumbs

1 envelope dry onion soup and recipe mix

1 large egg, beaten

¼ cup water
Instructions

Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).

In a large bowl, mix 1/2 cup of condensed tomato soup, ground beef, breadcrumbs, onion soup mix, and egg. Form the mixture into a loaf about 8x4 inches on a rimmed baking sheet.

Bake for about 1 hour 15 minutes, or until the meatloaf reaches an internal temperature of 160°F on a meat thermometer.

In a saucepan, combine 2 tablespoons of the pan drippings, the remaining condensed tomato soup, and some water. Heat over medium heat until the sauce is hot and bubbling. Serve the sliced meatloaf with the sauce.
