This creative dessert blends two of our all-time favorite treats.

When it comes to cooking and baking, the possibilities are endless. While it can sometimes be a bit tricky (RIP to my burnt cookies), the results are often more than worth the effort. Whether you’re making sweet confections, savory dishes, or fun cocktails, there’s always a new recipe to try.
Once you’ve perfected the basics, why not get creative by combining two of your favorite foods? From spaghetti tacos to chicken noodle casserole, the combinations are endless. And yes, this applies to desserts as well. One TikTok creator has stunned us all with her latest mashup of two beloved sweet treats.
This Dessert Fusion Brings Together Tiramisu and Chocolate Chip Cookies
TikToker @brambleberryncream has built a reputation for her inventive dessert creations. From chocolate chip cookie cheesecakes to pineapple upside-down cheesecakes and key lime pie pop tarts, she’s done it all. But one dessert mashup really caught my attention and had my taste buds tingling: chocolate chip cookies paired with tiramisu.
A classic tiramisu is an iconic Italian dessert made with layers of creamy mascarpone, fluffy whipped cream, and coffee-soaked ladyfingers. Bramble’s twist swaps out the ladyfingers for premade chocolate chip cookies, creating a divine mashup of tiramisu and chocolate chip cookies. When she shared this genius creation, the comments were flooded with people amazed they hadn’t thought of it themselves.
“Babe, this is a total game changer,” one user commented, with others rushing to say they’d be making it right away. Some even suggested their own unique cookie substitutions.
“I once made tiramisu with vanilla wafers and thought it was absolutely incredible,” one user shared.
“I’ve always used chocolate-dipped biscotti in my tiramisu instead of ladyfingers,” another chimed in.
How to Make Chocolate Chip Cookie Tiramisu
As Bramble mentioned in a follow-up comment, start with your go-to tiramisu recipe. She uses premade cookie dough for the chocolate chip cookies, but I suggest taking it a step further by grabbing soft-baked cookies from your favorite brand, like Trader Joe’s, for extra convenience.
Begin by preparing the tiramisu just as your recipe instructs, but skip the ladyfingers. Make the filling, whipped cream, and coffee mixture as usual. Instead of soaking ladyfingers, dunk chocolate chip cookies in the coffee mixture. Then, layer the ingredients in this order: cookie, filling, cream, and repeat. To avoid any empty spaces between cookies, place a cookie over the gaps or fill them with mini chocolate chips (Trader Joe's carries those too). Top it off with cocoa powder, whipped cream, and a mini cookie, then chill until set.
I’m excited to try this myself and might even experiment with some of the other cookie suggestions from the comments.
