2 tablespoons yellow cornmeal

1 teaspoon cayenne pepper

1 teaspoon chili powder

1 cup salsa
Preparation Instructions
Heat olive oil in a medium skillet over medium heat. Add onion, garlic, and bell pepper, and cook until softened. Stir in the mashed beans, followed by the cornmeal. Season with cumin, paprika, cayenne, chili powder, and salsa. Cover and cook for 5 minutes.
