Whiskey-Marinated Ribeye Steak

4 (8 ounce) rib-eye steaks
Cooking Instructions

In a bowl, combine water, whiskey, pineapple juice, brown sugar, chopped onion, teriyaki sauce, soy sauce, liquid smoke, and minced garlic. Whisk together until well mixed.

Place the steaks in a baking dish and pour the marinade over them. Cover and refrigerate for 8 hours or overnight.

Preheat your grill to high heat and lightly oil the grate.

Grill the steaks for about 3 to 5 minutes on each side for medium-rare, or until your desired doneness is reached. Let the steaks rest for 5 to 10 minutes before serving.
