In a bowl, whisk together honey, Dijon mustard, chili powder, and salt. Pour the mixture into a resealable plastic bag. Add the pork tenderloins, ensuring they are well-coated with the marinade. Seal the bag, removing excess air, and refrigerate for at least 4 hours to marinate.

Preheat the grill to medium heat, setting up for indirect grilling. Lightly oil the grill grate.

Take the tenderloins out of the marinade and shake off any excess. Discard the remaining marinade.

Grill the tenderloins on the preheated grill, using an instant-read thermometer to check for an internal temperature of 145°F (63°C). This should take about 15 to 25 minutes.
