1 cup heavy whipping cream

4 tablespoons butter

2 tablespoons fresh lemon juice

1 teaspoon lemon zest

1 teaspoon grated lime zest

10 ounces uncooked pasta
Instructions

In a large saucepan or skillet, combine broth, cream, and butter. Bring to a simmer over medium heat and cook until the mixture reduces by about half. Stir in lemon juice, lemon zest, and lime zest. Set the sauce aside to keep warm.

Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil. Add the pasta and cook until al dente, about 8 to 10 minutes. Drain the pasta.

Add the cooked pasta to the sauce and toss to coat evenly.
